16 Mar Action Plan for 2018

29 December 2017 – On 28 December, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Action Plan for the implementation of the Serbian Public Procurement Development Strategy for 2018.
This plan contemplates that the Government is to adopt a new Public Procurement Law by the end of June next year. The Law on Public-Private Partnership and Concessions is also to be adopted within the same timeline.
